About the Mayfly Nymph

This little mayfly nymph is something that I’ve see before. It’s not my pattern, but one that should definitely be in your fly box. A more realistic spin on the pheasant tail nymph, this pattern is a great addition when the fish are being picky. Feel free to play with the bead chain size. I like tying these in mostly size 14 or even 16 and fish them like any other nymph in my box.
